Final Major Project

For my final major project I would like to create a retro neon and bulb light sculpture/installation in the form of a Catholic sacred heart to be featured as a stage setting in a new Burlesque club night called The Theatre of the Divine.
I have been researching neon and vintage bulb lighting and the imagery of Roman Catholic religious artwork and tattoo art which I would like to incorporate into the design. I'd like to try to reference the theme of ironic religious imagery that I explored in my dissertation.
